Services

Everything a port call requires, coordinated by one team

Authorities, quay, trucks, documents: every service relies on what the agent records on the quay, and you receive the result at every stage.

01

Ship agency

We represent the vessel and the owner throughout the call.

You receive

Notice of arrival · Statement of Facts · disbursement account

Our agent on site coordinates the port, customs and health authorities, prepares authorization requests and notifies every consignee of the vessel's arrival.

The owner receives regular reports and a disbursement account, pro forma before the call and then final, with supporting documents.

  • Statement of Facts
  • Pro forma and final disbursement account
02

Stevedoring and cargo handling

Well-organized, closely monitored operations on the quay.

You receive

Report every morning at 08:00 · log of work and stoppages

Work and interruptions are logged with their cause, for a clear account of operations.

  • Coordination with truckers
03

Bagging on the quay

Bags filled, losses and sweepings are tracked and reconciled with the tonnage discharged.

  • Tracked by gang
  • Losses and sweepings counted separately
  • Yield reconciled with tonnage
04

Freight forwarding and customs clearance

Tally and outturn

Every item counted at discharge.

You receive

Outturn report by bill of lading

Our tally clerks record every cargo movement on the quay, whatever the cargo type: bags, packages, containers or vehicles.

For each bill of lading, the outturn report compares manifested and discharged quantities and explains every discrepancy.

  • Tally adapted to each cargo
  • Container and chassis number checks
  • Photos of any damage
  • Outturn by bill of lading
